Harvest and Production

Eilun is made with grapes from vines planted on alluvial soil, and harvested manually. The grapes are cold pressed and enjoy a low-temperature fermentation of 22 days in stainless steel tanks where the wine remains with its fine lees. In order to nurture the aroma and great taste, the wine is subjected to regular battonage operations.

Tasting Note

Clean and bright golden-yellow in colour. On the nose it is aromatic and has a great floral intensity. The flavour recalls white and pink flowers with notes of white fruits and citruses.
Eilun offers an elegant start on the palate with a balanced acidity. Well structured, with a long finish and a fresh white fruit taste.
